Hi! My name is Allie. I’m a twenty something Historian from the Austin area. I love books, movies, TV shows and Video Games. I’m creating this blog as a place to talk about the things I’m enjoying and connect to others who are interested in the same things.
Some quick facts about me:
– I have a cat named Sita. I chose her name after taking a history course that included focus on Hinduism and fell in love with the name. I also have a kitten named Salem.
-I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in History with major focus on Public History. Which is museums, historical sites, memorials etc. for those who have never heard of public history.
– Like many others Harry Potter was what got me into reading but it was my parents reading to me all the time that caused me to fall in love with reading.
